To reserve your date for a private event, a $100 non-refundable retainer is required at booking and is applied to your balance. Your final guest count and remaining balance are due one week before the event based on your guaranteed numbers. If you need to move the date, I offer a one-time reschedule with at least 14 days’ notice, subject to availability. For public, ticketed partner events, we hold the date with a signed hosting agreement and promo plan rather than a retainer.
